Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide another suitable solution, such as offer a replacement at no extra cost o. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged or defective product.

Colour Variations
Please note that colour variations may occur between the digital proof on the website and the final product. However, this is not grounds for a return unless the difference is significant compared to the approved digital proof.

No Returns
As all products are made-to-order, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
