1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered via the webshop of Tiger Cave Design, hereinafter referred to as "the webshop."
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Services
2.1 TC offers print-on-demand (POD) products, including posters in various sizes. These products are made to order and shipped once an order is received. The production and delivery times for POD posters in the webshop vary from 5 to 14 working days, depending on the customer's location.
2.2 Premium Art Prints (Canvas and Forex boards) are made to order and are only available to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The production and delivery times for premium art prints are 3-5 working days.
2.3 The products are carefully selected and manufactured by a reliable print-on-demand partner, who operates worldwide from the US and the UK.
2.4 Premium art prints – Canvas come with a hanging system. Premium art prints – Forex boards do not come with a hanging system and can be placed directly on the wall, on the floor, or the customer can add their own hanging solution.
2.5 The production and delivery times for POD posters in the webshop vary from 5 to 14 working days, depending on the customer's location. Premium art prints (canvas & forex boards) have a production and delivery time of 3-5 working days, exclusively for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

3. Payment and Order
3.1 Payment must be made in advance through the payment methods offered in the webshop, including PayPal and bank transfer for premium art prints.
3.2 Once payment is received, the order will be put into production. Once the order is in production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

4. Prices
4.1 All prices on the webshop include VAT, unless otherwise stated. For POD posters, prices are excluding VAT and shipping costs. For premium art prints (canvas and forex), prices include shipping costs but exclude VAT (only for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium).
4.2 Note on VAT: For customers in the EU, VAT will be calculated and displayed as a separate item during checkout. For orders outside the EU, applicable taxes and customs duties may be charged upon delivery, depending on local regulations. Please check with your local customs office for any potential additional charges.

5. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
5.1 Shipping costs for POD products are calculated during the checkout process, depending on the customer's location.
5.2 The delivery time for POD products depends on the customer's location and ranges from 5 to 14 working days. For premium art prints (canvas and forex boards), the delivery time is 3-5 working days, exclusively for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

6. Return Policy
6.1 Due to the nature of the products (made-to-order), orders cannot be returned or cancelled, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, or the colour significantly deviates from the approved digital proof.
6.2 If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the webshop will replace the product at no extra cost or provide another appropriate solution. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged or defective product to info@TigerCaveDesign.nl.
6.3 Colour differences may occur between the digital example on the website and the final product. This is not a reason for return unless the colour difference significantly deviates from the approved digital proof.

7. Liability
7.1 The webshop is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the webshop or its employees.

8. Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 The webshop reserves the right to modify products, prices, or terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the webshop.
8.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production, except in cases of production errors.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All designs, images, and other materials on the website are the property of Tiger Cave Design and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 The webshop collects and processes personal data in accordance with privacy and data protection laws. See the privacy policy for more information.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
